Return Policy

Books

We offer a 30 day return policy on printed books, as long as they are received by us in an “as new” condition. This means they must be properly packaged before they are returned. Shipping charges are not refundable; all refunds will be subject to a 4% return fee, and are processed within 5 days of receipt or the books. eBooks and audiobooks are not refundable.

Software

Returns are allowed with a 30 day guarantee period if they have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must speak with us to receive an RMA. Returns will not be accepted after the 30 day guarantee period. All refunds will be subject to a 4% return fee. You will be asked to sign and return an Affidavit of Software Destruction, the refund will be processed within 5 days of receipt. eBooks and audiobooks are not refundable.

Digital Products

Because all digital products (ie, eBooks, audio recordings, pdf files) are immediately available for use, they are not returnable.

Online Training

Because our streaming video training classes are immediately available for viewing, they are not returnable.
