Michael has a “no nonsense” approach to reviewing the current state of your business, looking at everything from company financials and internal processes all the way through any challenges that you may be facing. He has an opinion on everything and though I didn’t like hearing some of what he had to say, it forced me to thoroughly evaluate how our company was performing after 8.5 years in business vs. how it could be excelling with some changes to the way we operate. Much of what we discussed can be found in the book Markup & Profit, but having the ability to talk with Michael, one on one, really helped put much if it into perspective.
