One of our long time coaching clients called earlier this week for a quick review. He has made a major turnaround in his business and we are very proud to hold him up as an example of what can be done with a little effort and determination. We were talking about how to judge the value of education. He gave me a new perspective.

If you take your average income for the last 20 years, that’s a reasonable amount to expect to earn for the rest of your working years at your present education level. If you want your income to go up, your education must go up. If you are happy with the income you have, don’t waste your time.

You have all heard me rant and rave about reading at least one hour a day. This provides a new perspective on what to expect if you don’t read each day or take other steps to further your education.

Thank you Les, much appreciated.
