We’ve commented before that if you don’t adjust to the new demands of your customers, your business will suffer. Peter Drucker, the well-known management expert and author said:

“The most common cause of executive failure is inability or unwillingness to change with the demands of a new position. The executive who keeps on doing what he has done successfully before is almost bound to fail.”

If you own a construction-related business (frankly, any business) and you don’t have a website, you’re losing sales because of it. Too many contractors continue to advertise through the phone book, magazines and newspapers. Their potential customers are trying to find them on the web. Something has to change – and your potential customers are not going to go back to using the yellow pages. It’s time for a website.

Michael, Anyone reading this Michael, Anyone reading this blog hopefully has a website. If they don’t, then they could be practically bankrupt before they actually see any growth in their business given the changing face of marketing. We have seen our leads jump from little to nothing from the internet six months ago to 6-8 per week now.
