At the recent JLC Live conference in Providence, I was approached by a young fellow who had some questions. To say he was rough looking is an understatement. Long hair, hadn’t shaved in at least a week, inarticulate, and his clothing was a disaster starting with the baseball hat turned around backward.
We sat and talked for a short time, and I pointed out things that he could do to improve not only his image but also his business.
This young man was like a sponge. I could not give him enough new ideas.
He will do well and I can’t wait to see him next year.
How is your education coming along? Are you willing to learn? Do you read one hour a day, study this business, learn everything you can? Are you making the money you want to make? These two things go together like a hand and glove.
Remember, it doesn’t matter where you are – it matters where you are going.
