Your Unfair Advantage

Brian Tracy sent out a really great quote this morning.

Gang, that is so easy for contractors it's not even funny. I've preached it for years.

  1. Return your phone calls. Most contractors don't return their phone calls at all. The ones they do return are 2 – 3 days later. Phone calls should be returned the same day or by 9 am the next day.
  2. Show up for your appointments. On time. Won't that surprise them! Not showing up for appointments, or showing up late, is one of the major gripes clients have about contractors.
  3. Do exactly what you say you will do, and do it when you say you will do it.

Just those three actions will give you an unfair advantage over other contractors. You'll make sales because you're building trust and confidence in your company and in you.
