We recommend keeping blank copies of each sample Sales form in your vehicle for sales calls. The other sample forms and checklists are for office use.

SALES FORMS:
Agreement for Payment for Insurance Estimate
Are you repeatedly estimating insurance claims, only to have the homeowner pocket the check and do the work themselves? An agreement to reimburse Contractor for time and effort spent preparing an estimate in the event the Contractor is not retained to do the work.
Agreement for Payment for Realtor or Roofing Estimate
Two separate forms, similar to the insurance agreement, agreeing to reimburse Contractor for time and effort spent preparing an estimate in the event the Contractor is not retained to do the work.
Design Agreement
An agreement to design a project for a fee. The design fee will be paid upfront, but may be credited against the cost of construction.
Letter of Intent
An agreement to reserve a space on the construction schedule for a customer's job while the job is being designed.
Evaluation, Estimate and Quotation Request
Agreement to evaluate a job, prepare an estimate and present a firm lump sum price quotation, based on blueprints already available from the owner.
Demolition and Discovery Agreement
Agreement to allow exploratory demolition work when unknowns exist on a job. Includes a "not to exceed" clause for the final work.
